We provide third party billing and account management if required to allow you to focus on building your monthly recurring revenue.
Monitoring information is available remotely for Bureau’s to access through Bold Neo Web and Bold Mobile, including a daily emailed report advising of any events that may require your attention.
4G & IP Monitoring, hardware provision
ARM Security provide 4G Monitoring across multiple hardware products, including Permacon PM24 PM45 PM54. We also support “Check my CCTV” and Video Verification for CCTV products including:
- Multi-path
- Direct Wireless
- AJAX
- Hik-Vision
- My Alarm
- Ultra Sync
Polling plans vary depending on individual site, customer and Bureau requirements. ARM Security offer single and dual SIM packages at competitive rates.

- IP Only Single

Lone worker and Independent Living solutions are available to our direct Bureaus as well as data packs for additional services.
